About us...
Place2live Ltd were established in 1993 with the objective of
purchasing, renovating and developing property specifically for rental.
Our target market has always been the young working tenant demanding a
high standard of “hassle free” accommodation at a reasonable price. The
location of our properties also reflects the demands of this tenant.
Overinflated property markets in London combined with a desire to
diversify led us to invest in the capital of Bulgaria (Sofia) from 2007.
The private rental market is much younger there but the principles of
the business remain exactly the same as in the London business.
2009 saw an opportunity to purchase more property in London after a gap
of some years. Our latest project involves the conversion of a large
former pub and building of separate units on attached land. As always
the purchase and development has our potential tenant in mind.
We are a small company with a staff of just five. Our growth is
conservative but this keeps our business risks to a minimum while
allowing us to invest long term and hence offer our clients something
exceeding the standards of our competitors.
