Place2Live Ltd is entering its 4th decade renting its own properties directly to tenants.

We are either direct owners or directors of companies owning of all the properties listed.

All properties have been purchased since the early 1990s and developed specifically by our associated building company with the objective of creating quality homes.

Place2Live Ltd maintains its own properties via its “in house” building and maintenance company, so tenants have a direct point of contact for a quick and effective response to any issue.

We support and are active members of The National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) and take their professional advice when required.
